The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Sustainability Change Agents

TALK/WORKSHOP

Essential change management skills for employees driving sustainability-related change from within.

The rules have changed for corporate responsibility professionals.

It’s no longer enough to make a strong business case for sustainability and social impact. Today, you need to be able to transform hearts as well as minds.

You need to be a powerful agent of change

In this training, Reconsidered founder Jessica Marati Radparvar will share some of our research into the skills, traits and tendencies that enable leading impact professionals to successfully drive transformation in their organizations — what we call our ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective Sustainability Change Agents’.

Together we’ll explore how deepening our understanding of how change works can not only help us accelerate our impact, but also unlock more confidence, joy and ease in how we work.

WHO IT’S FOR

  • Anyone working within an organization to drive sustainability or social impact-related change (i.e., CSR practitioners, green team members, working professionals tackling sustainability from their position on another team, etc.)

HOW IT’S DELIVERED

  • Virtually or on-site

FORMATS

  • Talk — an engaging and educational presentation that shares an overview of the ‘7 Habits’ along with a closer look at two of the most relevant concepts (as chosen by the organization). While the focus is on presenting material, there are a few participation and engagement opportunities sprinkled in. (~40 minutes)

  • Workshop — a thoughtfully facilitated learning experience that combines educational content on the ‘7 Habits’ (see ‘Talk’ above) with space for meaningful team participation, connection and integration of the concepts. (~3 hours with a few short breaks)
